Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. We will not process returns postmarked 30 days after the shipping date. Items must be in their original purchase condition and include the original product packaging, tickets attached and original packing slip.
Returns will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged.
Once we have determined that everything is in order, we will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date your return was received at our warehouse.
Funds will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the original purchase. It should hit your account 3 to 5 days after it is processed.
The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges.
